1. Material Verification and In-Person Handover
Always inspect building materials for dimensions, batch numbers, expiration dates (especially construction chemicals), and overall quality. We strongly recommend in-person collection so you can review the goods prior to paying.
Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true and insist on immediate advance bank transfers.
2. Payment Safety and Avoiding Scams
Zůstalo.cz never sends payment or courier delivery links via SMS or chat. Never enter your credit card number or online banking credentials on third-party links sent by an unverified person.
Complete payments in cash or via instant bank transfer upon physical handover of the materials.
3. Privacy and Photo EXIF Stripping
Our automated processing strips all EXIF metadata and GPS coordinates from uploaded photos. However, please ensure your photos do not accidentally reveal valuables, vehicle license plates, or identifying personal documents.
4. Suspected Crime and Support
Keep records of all chat messages, listing URLs, and proof of payment. Report suspicious activity to support via /podpora immediately.
In case of suspected fraud or criminal offense, contact the Police of the Czech Republic. The operator cooperates fully with police authorities upon formal legal request.
