1. Customer Support and Help
For technical help, bug reports, or account assistance, please use our support form at /podpora or reach out via our contact email above.
Please provide the listing URL, a clear description of the issue, and your reply email. Never send passwords, one-time verification codes, or payment card details.
2. Content Reporting (DSA)
If you notice a suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful listing, click the “Report a problem” button on the listing page or contact support with the listing URL and details.
We review reported listings and take moderation action (removal, restriction, account suspension) in accordance with the Digital Services Act.
3. Data Subject Rights (GDPR)
To exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection), email the operator with “GDPR Request” in the subject line.
To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity from the email address registered with your account.
4. Official Requests from Law Enforcement and Courts
Courts, police authorities, and public agencies must submit written data requests to [email protected] or by mail to the operator’s registered address.
Requests must cite the official case reference number, statutory authority, and specific scope of data needed. We maintain an audited registry of requests and disclose data strictly within lawful limits.
